Assignments

Week 10's simulation is one of the best simulations thus far. 

It showed the urgency of an emergency situation, role clarity, nurses asked questions and MD answered respectfully during a crisis. Report between providers was quick but pertinent information was passed on. I truly felt as though I was in the room. I do realized the simulation took 30 minutes but in real life it may take more time. As an aspiring  ER nurse, it motivates me to get more skilled and knowledgable to effectively provide care.
