Assignments

Like most of us,  I often turn to my mother for advise during difficult situation. Week 8 reminded me of one quote she said, " You are not required to like others but you must respect them". Mutual respect, Role awareness and shared commitment are only a few ways to workplace relationships. I believe delegation and communication is a skill that sharpens with time and practice. It is important to self reflect improve on these skills for efficient patient care.
